I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the ambiance was lovely and the location on the hill provided stunning views, I was disappointed with the cleanliness and some of the amenities. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was quite nice, but I could not overlook the issues I encountered with room cleanliness and the service at the restaurant.
Rooms
6.0
The room had character and a comfy bed, but it felt dated and wasn't clean upon arrival.
Service

Some staff members were lovely and sympathetic, but others seemed unaware of important information and less helpful than I would expect.
Location

The hotel is situated on a hilltop with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains, making it a serene getaway.
Dining

The breakfast was quite nice, and I enjoyed the neighboring Italian restaurant, although the kosher restaurant promised was closed.
Facilities

The amenities were minimal, with limited operating hours for the pool, which was disappointing.

My stay at this hotel had a mix of experiences. The location is great, perfect for my needs, and the views from the deluxe room I booked were stunning. However, the service left a lot to be desired, and I faced issues with both amenities and communication from the staff. It's a lovely place, but definitely some areas could use improvement.
Rooms
7.0
The deluxe room was spacious and offered a wonderful view looking down on Lake Kinneret. However, it wasn't totally clean upon arrival.
Service
5.0
The service was disappointing. The staff often provided excuses instead of solutions, and communication was lacking. It felt like they weren't really there to help.
Location
8.0
The hotel is in a good location, away from the busy city, yet it could be challenging to access if you don't have a car.
Dining
7.0
The meals were quite good, especially the breakfast, but I wouldn't say they were extraordinary.
Facilities
5.0
The amenities could use some upgrades. For example, the pool's opening hours were limited, and overall, the hotel seemed to lack some basic facilities.

I had a wonderful stay at this boutique hotel in Safed, nestled in the scenic Upper Galilee. The views of Lake Kinneret from my deluxe room were breathtaking, and the space was generous enough for our family. The breakfast spread was delicious, featuring a variety of fresh options. However, there was a minor hiccup with room service that could have been better. Overall, it's a peaceful retreat with charming ambiance and great value for money.

The spacious deluxe room offered stunning views down to Lake Kinneret. It was perfect for my family, although I had to request an additional bed.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. They were quick to respond when I requested a different mattress for my daughter's cot.
Location

The hotel's location is picturesque with gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains. It's slightly away from the bustling center of Safed, but still conveniently located for exploring.
Dining

Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options that fueled us for our daily adventures, though the room service experience could have been a bit more polished.

I had a wonderful stay at this charming boutique hotel. Nestled on a hilltop, the views were breathtaking, and the decor really added to the homely feel. The dining experience was absolutely fantastic with a rich breakfast spread, although the dining area was a bit small. While the service was generally friendly, it could use a bit of improvement during busier times. All in all, it's a lovely spot for a relaxing getaway.
Rooms

Our room was clean and comfortable, though on the small side. The beautiful view from the porch made up for it.
Service
7.0
The service was friendly, but during breakfast, it was a bit lacking and could benefit from better management.
Location

This hotel is in a great location, high up on a hill with gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains, but a bit distant from the main attractions of Safed.
Dining

The dining experience was incredible, with a variety of fresh salads, cheeses, and pastries. Breakfast was rich and high quality, making it a highlight of our stay.

My stay at this boutique hotel was quite frustrating overall. Initially, the place appeared charming, but my experience quickly turned sour due to poor service and cleanliness issues. Despite having a cozy ambiance, the staff's attitude and the lack of cleanliness really affected my visit. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you value cleanliness and responsive service.
Rooms
6.0
Our room was intended for three but came with just one bed, which required a frustrating request for another bed. The room was clean, but it didn't feel ideal for our needs.
Service
5.0
Service was a major letdown. The staff seemed indifferent, especially when I reported the ant issue in the room. It felt like they didn't take my concerns seriously.
Location
7.0
The location was picturesque but not very accessible. It was somewhat secluded, with limited options for dining nearby unless you had a car.
Dining
5.0
Dining could definitely improve. One morning's fruit salad had an odd onion fragrance, making it inedible — not what you expect from a boutique hotel.
Facilities
6.0
The aesthetic of the hotel is lovely with charming decor, but the small breakfast area was cramped, making dining a bit uncomfortable.
